RSM C&EI Diner 505 Shakamak Inn

Chicago & Eastern Illinois 505 Shakamak Inn (Pioneer Trains Exclusive)

This diner was originally built by Pullman in 1946 for the Whippoorwhill streamliner between Chicago, Illinois and Evansville, Indiana. While that streamliner was short lived, the diner had a long and productive life on the C&EI serving in other trains such as the Georgian, Hummingbird, and other trains before being sold to the Illinois Central in 1962.

This is the first Chicago & Eastern Illinois passenger car to be produced in N scale!

Other cars from this streamliner will be offered in the future in order to create a complete train.
